ETHICAL
The world is changing and are changing with
it. A greater social conscious and awareness
has brought about a change in attitudes and
focus on our industry and asked us to look at
how we impact the planet and how we can
inititiate change for a more mindful approach
to design and production.
We want to create clothing in a way that is
loved and beneficial to the wearer, all those
involved in making a garment and our planet.
This means paying close attention to all of our
activities throughout the company and
ensuring that environmental and social
performance are monitored and continuously
improved.
We wish to be part of more mindful approach to fashion, we have looked at every part of our process, routes and who helps making our clothing from how each item is made, the way the fabric is collected, farmed, dyed, knitted, sewed, embellished, washed, ironed, packaged, carried, transported from manufacturer to the customer.
OUR PLEDGE
1. We offer cotton as GOTS certified organic cotton for our cotton qualities.
2. We offer BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) Cotton for our cotton qualities.
3. We offer recycled polyester in place of any polyester qualities.
4. Viscose has been a contentious topic recently and it continues to become a fabric of choice for fashion, we offer eco sustainable viscose. We prefer to buy
our lyocell from Tencel™ which is made from sustainably grown wood and produced in a closed loop process.
5. Wool by nature is a sustainable fabric and less harmful effects than intensively farmed cotton or petrochemical based fabrics but we offer both recycled wool and
ethically farmed wool.
6. We have also offer recycled materials to reduce our use of plastics in packaging.
7. In our partner factories, we recycle and reuse water with biological and chemical treatments at our water treatment factory.
8. In our partner factories, we use solar panels which enables our factories to be part powered by the sun and greatly reduce power consumption.
9. In our partner factories, we use laundry machines with the latest technology which reduce chemical usage by 50% reduce water consumption by 50% reduce
electricity consumption by 50%.
10. Our partner factories in Turkey not only complies but seeks to set the standard in employer rights and quality of experience. Our workers not only
receive in excess of the national minimum wage but also we offer other projects of social uplift and support within the community.
11. We take responsibility to continue raise awareness and responsibility without compromising on design.
